Art for the climate movement

100 mangroves trees planted with each print

Our paper is sourced exclusively from Hahnemühle, the world's most famous papermaker. We use sustainably sourced museum-quality fine art print material (200 gsm). This ensures a smooth, clean finish that is extremely consistent and works perfectly with large illustrations.

We use Giclée fine art printing, renowned for quality and extreme longevity. Giclée prints are displayed in museums, art galleries and private collections due to their rich colour density and 100 year colour guarantee.

Our frames are individually handmade and fitted by specialist framers, delivered ready to hang. We use FSC certified and 100% acid-free materials and special plexiglass for increased UV protection. These high quality frames ensure the colours stay true. If you choose to frame the image yourself, opt for a high quality frame to avoid the materials damaging the print quality over time.

Let's Talk Climate

What's your relationship with nature? Michael Pollen on seeing ourselves as part of nature said;

"Most of us don't feel part of nature... we talk about having a relationship to nature but that makes no sense at all. We are nature, we are in nature. To say you have a relationship with nature is to say you are a discrete thing, separate from nature."

In Can I Just Stay Here Awhile, Please? Kissi has captured this sentiment, creating an intimate and surreal composition to give us space and creativity to rethink our individual relationship to nature.

Kissi is an illustrator based in Vilnius, Lithuania.  Her main tools of trade are paint and paper and she likes drawing absurd and surreal compositions and big shapes, especially if they are pink.

Her artwork has been commissioned by a long list of clients including Snapchat, Refinery29, The New York Times, Opéra Orchestre National Montpellier, Anteprima and Robinhood.

For every print purchased, we work with our partner Eden Reforestation Projects to plant 100 trees on your behalf in Madagascar.

Fights Climate Change

Want carbon capture technology? Look no further than trees. We predominately plant mangroves which store up to four times more carbon than rainforests.

Alleviates Extreme Poverty

Deforestation and a 40 year drought has left 75% of people in Madagascar living under the poverty line.

Planting projects provide a steady stream of income and healthier ecosystems means fisheries, farming and clean water become more readily available.

How is this affordable?

Good question. In short, planting trees isn't as expensive as you might think. The majority of the trees we plant are mangroves species, which at 3-5 years of age begin to drop propagules. These can then be used to give rise to a new tree. That saves a lot of time and money! Plus, mangroves are planted in marshes which means no holes need to be dug. So the propagules are collected, transported to a deforested area and easily planted into the marshes.

Plus our planting partner, Eden Reforestation Projects, is one of the most cost effective tree planting organisations in the world!

Restores Ecosystems

Both mangroves and dry-deciduous forest trees (the types we plant) act as pioneer species which allow natural regeneration to "kick in".

Empowers Communities

People who are suffering the impact of deforestation are already living in extreme poverty. Healthier ecosystems means fisheries and farming become a stable food source and cleaner water is more readily available for communities.

'Employ to plant' also means children are able to go to school for the first time, access to basic healthcare for families and increasingly the formation of micro-enterprises, possible as a result of planters having a stable income.
